Can get decent experience depending on who/where placed.
Not a bad company once they are within their operating limits and being realistic.
Cons
Found it a top heavy corporate culture for a medium sized Irish firm. Not a standard governance structure. Not very cohesive and lots of individual canoes being paddled - 'office politics'. In my experience director leadership could have been stronger.
During my time, it appeared there was a high staff turnover, which I hadn’t anticipated for a growing company.
