      Pros

      Can get decent experience depending on who/where placed. Not a bad company once they are within their operating limits and being realistic.

      Cons

      Found it a top heavy corporate culture for a medium sized Irish firm. Not a standard governance structure. Not very cohesive and lots of individual canoes being paddled - 'office politics'. In my experience director leadership could have been stronger. During my time, it appeared there was a high staff turnover, which I hadn’t anticipated for a growing company.

      Pros

      Your day-to-day colleagues are some of the best I've worked with. Very professional and competent

      Cons

      The company is top-heavy, with too many directors and a lack of resources at the mid-management level, which increases the workload of Engineers, QA Engineers, Construction Managers, etc. Poor work-life balance. Almost non-existent pay increases. Toxic work culture. Your Contracts Managers are only out for themselves and don't report site issues unless they are positive.
