Good place if you wish to exhaust precious time of life being absolutely unproductive

No work-life balance, out-of-scope work, no compensation on time, no overtime, no seniors to guide, no respect for time, opinion or work. Director overcommits, underperforms- resulting in Scope Creep. Management follows Cargo Cult mentality. Illusory Superiority/Dunning-Kruger effect in HR Team. No Vision, No Mission, No Achievement.

The company presented a highly positive and professional image during the interview and hiring process. However, the actual working conditions, policies, and management practices experienced after joining were materially different from the representations made at the time of recruitment. Employees are often asked to perform unethical tasks within the company.

Salary and stipend payments are frequently delayed by 2–3 months. Poor work-life balance with extended working hours. Weak management communication. The company work culture is very poor.
