Pros
The benefits are very low cost. There were only a few times that I did not work a minimum of 40 hours a week. There was room for advancement if you took initiative and were a competent employee. The employees that had worked there a few years were for the most part friendly and understanding. The job was busy but not overwhelming most days.
Cons
The pay is below average for the area. There is an expectation that you want to work overtime for production. The technical employees are almost expected to be oncall on their days off. No one was willing to set examples/standards of work.
