Pros

1. If you didn't finish your work on time, then the salary was put on hold. So there is no salary issue in this company, but there is a lack of work from the employee's end. 2. The company has been struggling to launch the product for more than 1 year, as the main developers left their jobs without informing anyone and without a notice period. 3. I have worked in this company for more than 3 years, and I haven't faced any issue. 4. The CEO of the company is friendly and cares for all employees. 5. Supportive and collaborative work environment 6. Opportunities for career growth and learning 7. Recognition and appreciation for hard work 8. Good job security and stability

Cons

No issue in this company. As per my side, nothing comes to my mind.

I joined this company with high hopes based on their smooth onboarding and initial promises, but the reality was drastically different. Every month, my salary was delayed. I had to follow up multiple times (3–6 times each month), only to hear repeated excuses from HR like “Sir is unavailable,” “family emergency,” “out of town,” or “busy in festival prep.” Even when dates were promised, they were never honored. The same product has been in development since 2015, yet management continues to blame employees for delays—over 300+ employees have left (as per the owner), but somehow it’s always the employees at fault. Enplyees failed under their leadership, and did financial loss. If no one has ever been able to complete their work till now, it raises serious concerns about what exactly is being assessed during the hiring process I wasn’t paid for many months of work, yet they still mention notice periods and policy instead of primary concern. They do not upfront deny for the salary, either by giving some other date again and again or will blame you for your poor performance as a reason for the late salary !!!! If you’re thinking of joining, think again. The emotional and financial toll isn’t worth it.
