Pros
Very Bad work environment there is no follow any standers for employ there is no job security any time you can be fired without any pay and without any prier notification.
Cons
There are so many round of interview (3-4) after clear all round you get offer later and after the join your exploitation will start there is no time to exit office but you have to come office on time . And you can be fired by directer on any time without any prier notice without pay.
