      Pros

      Very Bad work environment there is no follow any standers for employ there is no job security any time you can be fired without any pay and without any prier notification.

      Cons

      There are so many round of interview (3-4) after clear all round you get offer later and after the join your exploitation will start there is no time to exit office but you have to come office on time . And you can be fired by directer on any time without any prier notice without pay.

      Office is fancy. Nothing else

      Cons

      Long working hours - 10 hours or more 6 days a week Expected to be available 24*7 Unethical work practices with no process in place Work life balance is zero You have to fight for your rights and then you are fired According to the CEO only few employees in the IT team work others are fools No clarity on KRA's, you can be handed over any work even if it is not your part of your profile.

      There is a list of cons are as follow: 1-No time limit for work in all condition. 2-Extra pressure for work. 3-No procedure for any kind of work. 4-No due credit given to any of department except few guys in IT department. 5-No timely submission of PF amount approx 6-7 month delay. 6- 4-5 months delay in FNF procedure.
