Worst job I've ever had - Software Engineer Leucine Employee Review

Lots of politics, lying, and mind games, especially from the founders. Expected to work 12-14 hour days, including weekends and public holidays. You'll never get leaves either. Extremely pompous and stuck up founders. No concept of caring about your employees -- objective seems to be to exploit your workers as much as possible and then discard them once they're burnt out. No culture to speak of and no intention of building any sort of culture either.
