      Highly Insensitive Management - Could Be A Lowest Point In Your Career

      The experience at Leucine Tech (Leucine Med Tech, Bengaluru) was the nadir of my career. You cannot descend below this point. Everyday I feet that I was being used. Most passionate people have left. Management is frustrated and does not devote time, patience and money towards their staff. The anti-social behaviour of management which include termination threats, I do not care threats, salary delay threats in this pandemic have really broken the small team left.

      Cons

      For tech development, outsource it. You are not capable of this stuff. Or just hire BCA, MCA on stipends.

      I can't think of any pros of working here.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, lying, and mind games, especially from the founders. Expected to work 12-14 hour days, including weekends and public holidays. You'll never get leaves either. Extremely pompous and stuck up founders. No concept of caring about your employees -- objective seems to be to exploit your workers as much as possible and then discard them once they're burnt out. No culture to speak of and no intention of building any sort of culture either.
