Long hours and understaffed teams

-Precon executive was very communicated throughout the estimating department (San Diego), -Always kept the work/life balance stable, which I appreciated. -The estimating team was structured that it help to coordinate the work amongst each other.

-Since it was very structured, cost engineer did not actively participate in design meetings or OAC which put a blinder on not knowing what was being discussed throughout the preconstruction of project.
