      Pros

      Amazing mission, very kind people working there, and the company is actually helping people for the better.

      Cons

      In 2024 there was so much change in leadership it was impossible for anything to get completed. So much change over... but not sure how it has evolved.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work. Very flexible working hours and are encouraged to take PTO. You get the freedom to speak up on projects no matter your level

      Right now promotions are hard to come by and we are loosing some of our best people
