Totally on-site. Cubicle life, white walls, can be mind numbing if you are an outgoing or social person or don't want to sit and look at the same 3 small walls every day. Office is freezing. The vibe seemed off. Several people were let go, seems like there is more to be said but nobody wants to say it. Sales is run like a call center - just want to see numbers. Quotes and articles that are written by employees were actually written by marketing and someone else's name signed to it - which felt odd to me. It's a complicated sale and very little training.
