Pros
Work itself is easy and consists of folding clothes and basic interactions with customers. Can work at a medium pace as long as you get things done. Easy to get a shift covered if you can not work and changing availability is easy as well. Looks good on resume if you are in high school or university as it is a client facing role.
Cons
The store is usually busy so the environment can get chaotic. Customers can be frustrating to deal with. Management struggles with organization.
