The pay salary is better than other Retail Manufacturer in the Bay Area. The benefits are very competitive. If you work for a great manager, you will have full support from the team.
Cons
Upper management may not be clear on their directions. Some decisions that are made are bias and not truly look into the performance of each individual. The yearly review is discouraging because either you are a Strong Performer or Not a performer. There is no Satisfactory performance in the review so, people are discourage and deflated. Performace rate is based on the company's performance but, not based on the individual so, it's not encouraging when the company is not doing well although the individual is working smartly, effectively and exceed their own individual performance.
