casual atmosphere, 30% discount, strong commitment to philanthropy, bay views from the office, generous time off policy and central location.
Cons
outsourced HR team, supplemented by contractors; absolutely no job training and even worse management training; poor leadership, no accountability or expectations set for the totally unrealistic financial goals set forth by the company. many people hired based on looks or connections rather than skills and it shows. this is a sinking ship.
