Pros
The company history and ethos attracts great people. I love my peers at this company.
Cons
In an effort increase top and bottom lines, resources are cut, while expectations increase. The gap between resources and expectations grows larger with each new quarter. There is a strong elitist culture, where your title determines your worth and the value of your contributions as opposed to a collaborative culture where learning is multi-directional.
