Good work life balance. Good company reputation. Good team work environment.
Cons
Senior Management failed to turn around the company over 15 years of declining/no growth in sales. Company is always being restructured with employees being layoff every year for the last 10 years. Every new management team came in and repeated the same mistakes the previous teams had failed before. Every CEO promised big sales and earning growth but delivered little. This latest round of restructuring may put the company on the path of destruction.
