Pros
You get a hefty uniform allowance and the fellow stylists are the nicest people you’ll meet. You will most definitely make friends for life, there are a lot of young people working at the company.
Cons
The management are something out of a horror film, so many words to describe them. To put it bluntly, their life is Levi’s, so if you don’t fit into their weird fantasy then they will make life hell for you. The micromanaging aspect is mentally draining, you will get told off for breathing in the wrong direction. The keyholders act like their gods gift and they act as if they hold the keys to Pandora’s box. It’s not worth your mental well-being to work at this company, the management are really irritating.
