Pros
High spirts in both customers and employees. Repeat clients who remember the associates who helped them last time. The formulas for customer service are pretty much the same effective ways that most companies use just simplified.
Cons
There is alot of management miscommunication whithin the company, not just in store but also through out the districts and corperation itself.
