Pros

The option to work remotely for 2 to 3 days per week is a valuable benefit, complemented by comprehensive medical coverage. The presence of supportive colleagues adds to the positive aspects of the workplace. Furthermore, employees are entitled to more than 6 months maternity leave based on gov policy, and also can be supplemented with accrued annual leave.

Cons

However, shortcomings in management and company structure are evident. Each department operates independently, resulting in disorganization within the company. Data accuracy is compromised due to this fragmented approach. Additionally, the systems in place are subpar and lack user-friendliness. Not recommended
