The company experienced a huge amount of layovers over the years. The company went from having a department of of about 20 full time HR team to 6 but continues to now grow in headcount. During my time period I was hired on for an entry level HR position but it was anything but that. I took on a heavy workload, heavy hours, multiple projects and responsibilities, and soon it took a toll on my mental health.
