Company is not worth it.

Relaxed, no sense of urgency.

Cons

Very political company. About 7 people in executive or field management positions control the company and allows for no change that is desperately needed. Company culture has the company setup for failure. There is no goal setting or metrics to run the business off of. Access to performance , finanical data is limited to managers that need it.

Company Sponsored Benefits. I feel I received 4 years of HR experience in 7 months.

Cons

The company experienced a huge amount of layovers over the years. The company went from having a department of of about 20 full time HR team to 6 but continues to now grow in headcount. During my time period I was hired on for an entry level HR position but it was anything but that. I took on a heavy workload, heavy hours, multiple projects and responsibilities, and soon it took a toll on my mental health.

You will have a job until you don't. Furlough is the way to make sure they can fuel the planes!
