Pros

Small company that cares about the welfare, happiness and commitment of its employees. Leadership is competent, concerned and always willing to listen to, and address, issues. Small enough to provide personalized attention to employees. Rare company.

Cons

Small govt contractor so not many opportunities to "move up" or get on a path to professional, long-term growth. This is generally the nature of govt contracting.
