Pros

Can't think of anything to be honest. It was dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know. Under qualified team managers with no qualifications.

Cons

Location was dreadful. Clicky management. Managers who stole your ideas, not diverse enough. Bunch of snobs. Downgraded for no apparent reason. Passed on promotion to favour their 'friend'. Dreadful experience. You rarely seen Indians, Chinese or blacks. Predominantly British. Tiny salary. Give lots of notice to book a holiday if not you are not getting it.

Pros

Team were fantastic to work with Bonus, shares and pension scheme.

Cons

People were promoted because of who they knew within the business as opposed to how well suited they were to the role. This in turn limited progression opportunities. Bureaucracy gets in the way of your day to day work.

Pros

The majority of colleagues here are lovely, as are the customers that I deal with.

Cons

Senior Management use bullying tactics, many people are offered a 'golden handshake' aka bullied to leave, this primarily impacts working women which is quite frankly disgusting. DEI is attrocious, if you are a customer please let me know when you have spoken to anyone without a british name? That is because despite their office being in the centre of manchester, the workforce is not at all multicultural.
