There is no HR so if you encounter any issues nothing will be actioned. There is a gossip culture and you have to play the game to be promoted/liked. The tech doesn't work so you'll spend most of your day on the phone to IT, then your evenings catching up with work. Workload can be demanding and people don't actually care if you're overwhelmed. The office doesn't hold enough space for the amount of people that work there but you have to come in 3 days a week.
