Pretty on the Outside, Not on the Inside - Anonymous employee Lexington Employee Review

Lexington does not really care much about employees. There is horrible pay and limited benefits (who gives employees 3 paid vacation days a year?). Management is disorganized and controlling, and they don't treat employees with very much respect. I also felt I could have no impact on any decisions because management always had to have the final say.
