      Pros

      Worked with some very nice people.

      Cons

      The owners and upper management are vermin. They have no interest in and care nothing of their employees. Worked very hard to advance my career, but was actually held back by my manager. He and those above him made promises that were not kept.

      The company as a business is great, plenty of opportunity to learn and grow your personal knowledge. Lots of good people

      Cons

      Management, to say the least lack management skills. they have no understanding as what is takes to properly manage a team.

      Pretty on the Outside, Not on the Inside

      Pros

      Lexington has interesting projects, interesting people, and is an easy commute from Los Angeles. It is a collection of creative people, and the excitement of the projects makes it interesting to be at work.

      Cons

      Lexington does not really care much about employees. There is horrible pay and limited benefits (who gives employees 3 paid vacation days a year?). Management is disorganized and controlling, and they don't treat employees with very much respect. I also felt I could have no impact on any decisions because management always had to have the final say.
