      Good team members, nice facilities, and a beautiful office.

      Cons

      The role did not provide enough real learning opportunities. Much of the work felt focused on using AI tools for drafting and analysis rather than developing strong consulting skills. I also felt that communication and behavior from senior consulting leadership could have been more respectful and professional.

      Pay, work is interesting, good culture

      Cons

      Senior management is intense about initiatives that are peripheral to success, which diminishes morale. Sense that they are out of ideas to improve the business meaningfully, or never really had any to begin with.
