      Senior management is intense about initiatives that are peripheral to success, which diminishes morale. Sense that they are out of ideas to improve the business meaningfully, or never really had any to begin with.

      Great people besides the “CEO”

      Cons

      CEO is a complete con artist. Has no idea what he is doing and cares about the illusion of growth more than actual revenue. He implemented a rule where everybody has to wear suit and ties. Thousand cold calls a week expected.
