Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share. We take all feedback very seriously as it is critical in helping us improve. Like any scaling business, and in our tech org specifically, we’ve been introducing changes to the way we work to ensure we have the capabilities and resources we need to deliver on our single company goal. We acknowledge growing rapidly as a scale up, with operations across multiple countries, with plans to expand further is incredibly hard work in the best of times. From our delivery model, our domains, squads, the introduction of new roadmaps and team ceremonies - we acknowledge there’s been a lot. Change and continuous iteration and improvement is tough on people and managers, and sometimes it does create uncertainty. We are, however, incredibly proud of our progress, and especially of our people who work incredibly hard every day to make a positive difference to our colleagues, partners and customers.
