Management is a joke, especially the event director who is beyond disrespectful to staff and clients. No wonder the turnover is so high! No one wants to be around her. The pay is horrible, they lie about career advancement, they lack proper training, the workload is light so you will be bored most days, you won't learn much, the environment is very negative. Do not waste your time! You're better off working at a company who appreciates their employees.
