Pros
Libro was very open to giving me opportunities to apply for positions I was interested in within the company. My managers were trusting of my skills and if I had any emergencies with my kids they were always willing to work with me. Clients were generally very kind.
Cons
Very out of date software and processes for transactions which reduced efficiency tremendously. Being open until 8pm felt like a waste of company money (and was not good for work/life balance) as very very few clients came in after 5 and people were usually not answering sales calls as they were likely driving home from work, prepping for dinner and spending time with family or attending after work events.
