      -average to above average compensation -young work environment and most people are very friendly -certain roles have a lot of autonomy -visibility to leadership in certain roles

      Cons

      -leadership changes frequently -strategy changes frequently which makes it hard to get work done -everything is an emergency -company runs lean, so most people have very large workloads Etc.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
