      Pros

      Salary is fantastic, company car is fantastic. Some decent people working for the company.

      Cons

      Advice to store management is to be more selfish ( A ridiculous comment to make when they advocate 'Team Lidl' ). Pressure of audits, not enough hours in stores.

      Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
