      Pros

      Friendly staff, management very approachable and understanding. Surrounded by like-minded people who want to do a good job but can also have a laugh. Work together as a team to reach the end goal.

      Cons

      Hard work, definitely not for everyone. You have long days and early starts/late finishes.. it can be hard at first but you get used to it quite quickly.
