Pros

Really top tier health insurance and a great way to gain experience quickly

Cons

Extremely overworked. Only people promoted are the people who work directly with the Director of each department. Zero understanding of work like balance and boundaries after the work day. Almost every single senior manager, director and board members is shipped from Europe and have very little cultural competency of the US and are extremely judge mental of the Americans they are trying to sell to. Many managers were horrible bosses and took credit for themselves. Incredibly high turn over at HQ and in stores. Extremely antiquated systems to work with, making a simple job quite taxing and tedious because they won’t pay for the newer systems. European employees receive astronomically more benefits than American employees. They hire retroactively instead of proactively, putting pressure on all current employees until everyone quits, putting more pressure on the remaining employees and then not increasing pay or benefits to those that stayed and helped.
