Pros
Fast paced environment, there is always something to do, tills, delivery, cleaning, quality check, bakery, etc... Lidl is a kind of job where if you see it you sort it don't expect somebody else do a job if you can do it, team work is a must, I've seen critics about long hours, well as crazy as it sound that is just what I love about it, if you want the hours and you a good worker you'll get them
Cons
Well this is not even a con for this job mainly but for many jobs now days, this is shift work so I can assure you that your body clock will get crazy, you'll need to take advantage of your day off to recover in sleep, no lies on my day off I sleep a lot!
