      Azienda pazzesca, che durante l'anno di formazione ti coccola con note spese molto generose, buoni pasto, hotel e master di formazione con gli altri colleghi del graduate program da tutta Italia per fare network.

      Cons

      Grande disponibilità agli spostamenti, e disorganizzazione nel finale di percorso. Ogni figura di riferimento dice una cosa differente dagli altri.

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
