Pros
Great growth potential and revitalized retail concept with new leadership. Promotion from within is common, but must be earned. Not afraid to go outside and find the right person as well.
Cons
Has been tough over the years from a bonus/extra income standpoint. Not much in the way of yearly increases. Increases typically come with promotion.
