Pros

You work in a flagship Nba store run by lids Australia, where you can watch live games and learn how to embroider items.

Cons

No one will teach you anything you are on your own until you get a public shaming from management, I can speak on behalf of the management here in Melbourne being Racist and constant work bullying. In my time here I have seen countless fair-work violations. High workload with minimum reward No retention of employees, fellow team members quit very quickly

Pros

- Good discount - Customising hats is fun - Making connections with customers that have the same interests in sports as you do

Cons

- Poor communication between staff and management - High expectations with no solutions for improvement - Will have to work alone majority of the time due to low foot traffic (shifts are dragged and boring) - Below average pay
