Pros

Chill work environment, never bored, always busy (a little too busy), good people, so much potential, room to grow, yearly bonuses.

Cons

CEO, overworked, no work/life balance, cant be honest when you are unhappy - you are looked at as "negative" or "a cancer" to the team and eventually let go with no warning. Made plenty of suggestions to improve the workplace - none of those were taken until employees started dropping like flies and company didn't want to look bad. Lots of promises (401k, more help, processes) again - didn't happen until 1/4 of the staff left/was let go without warning. Benefits were too expensive. Let go with no pay when you give your two weeks notice (bad message to future employees - my as well just quit). Denied understandable raises to employees who worked for 5+ years but will waste money on hover boards and punching bag for the office.

Pros

Life in Mobile is a fun, fast paced, high energy work environment that allows employees to grow and take part in fun, challenging, and innovative projects.

Cons

Not a typical 9-5 job. The workflow can be challenging at times, and employees may have additional roles to play if the need arises. Not a job for someone who is looking to coast.

Pros

Life in Mobile is hands on, high energy and the only place I'm aware of where you can do what we do on a daily basis. No matter your role, you will become a specialist / expert on mobile, consumer engagement, technology and strategy. This is unlike any other place I've worked. The company is family-like, in that everyone has access to one another and there isn't red tape and nonsense to wade through when trying to complete a task. Everyone has the ability to have ownership over important projects and tasks, while helping pave the way within the mobile industry. There is access to multiple health, dental & vision plans, as well as a bunch of other employee benefits through an online system.

Cons

Being a company whose capabilities are very unique, you have to know your stuff if you're client facing. The teachers are there, and the education is accessible but you have to be willing to learn to progress. Because the company as a whole is pushing the envelope of strategy & technology, the education is always evolving.
