- some of the long time employees are very knowledgeable and pleasnt to work with - weekly ice-cream days during summer
Cons
- evern after the bigger company buyout in 2016, still struggling with the standard US coproporate world culture - resources are very thin and hard to find competent people to work with - the employees who are truley qualfiied/competent to do the jobs are overworked but managment has no flexibiliy on hours or days off, so the employees who are truely knowledgeable or qualified do not last long - accountability is the biggest issue with every department
