Pros

I've never worked for a company that cares about its employees and clients as much as LifeSearch does. They really go the extra mile to help everyone be their best, and you always get the support you need. My leader is super approachable, always up for a laugh, and always there to help whenever I need it. The flexibility with remote working is great.

Cons

One downside is having to pay for parking, which is £2.80 a day. Even though it’s not a huge amount it does add up. Also, it’s a bit sad that the office isn’t used more compared to back in the day. It’s frustrating to see some people who live close by (like 20 minutes away) never come in, while others are making the effort to come in even though they drive over an hour. I think it would help if everyone made more of an effort to come in, I know they have been encouraging everyone, but it looks like they have to start telling people to come in instead of asking.

Pros

Some friendly people within the business

Cons

Micro managing is too much and if you do not like that style then this is a tale of caution. Keeping people back after your shift ends and do not ask if it’s alright to stay 2 half hours extra. Poor communication and not everything was laid out in terms of the job once I had begun working on the phones. Being pulled up over certain leads that I was passed from a 3rd party that I did not know anything about or how it works. Once conversation had finished with management I went back and asked the team if they were aware of it and they were not. So I got chastised for everyone else. A working day has an extra hour that they do not tell you about until you start. Targets are only achievable if you work morning till late and weekends. It is not possible to achieve if working the contracted hours. Targets constantly increase making it harder to achieve. A couple of times I was spoken to disrespectfully that if you were not in the office, you would not stand for it in the street. Young female colleagues trying to make a pathetic drama with other departments, as they think this will get them noticed more.
