The managers and coworkers are great.
Cons
You have to sign a contract and if you break your contract due to health problems / reason they make you pay back part of your hiring bonus. They have no empathy for you and your life if it is about personal health. They remove your benefits as soon as they are able to. Be careful and read the contract carefully. I never expected to have any problem fulfilling my contract. I never expected a company providing therapy to be so unforgiving when a major medical problem arose.
