Upper management is whack. CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO - all turned over recently. Company has no direction or changes it frequently. Equity was given and then taken away or the rules were changed. No performance management, no training if you aren’t a clinician, no travel budget, benefits are incredibly expensive, raises are minimal. head of HR has no HR experience. Company can’t figure out if they want 8 or 2 divisions. They are strapped for cash and the employees pay for it.
