      Pros

      The benefits are quite decent.

      Cons

      There is constant employee turnover. People are not hired on merit but if they have worked with the CEO or COO in the past. The CEO is unethical, and HR constantly has employees sign agreements to avoid lawsuits to protect the PE company and the CEO. This company can be a Harvard case study on what not to do in a workplace setting!!!

      Still offers remote work but for how long

      Cons

      Horrible company that has only been on the decline since the new owners took over. Workers are constantly fired or pushed out and replaced with useless executives. They moved the headquarters into Manhattan and then have the gall to complain they don’t have any money for employees. The marketing is a joke and barely even existent. They do not care about customer feedback at all. Women are having a lot of difficulty with their condoms and they ignore their concerns.
