Pros

Are there any?? Really I can’t think of anything good about working for this company, not that has to do with the company anyway.....

Cons

Insurance benefits are very limited and expensive, especially if you have to use them. Unwilling to spend money to make upgrades to computer programs to make work smoother, the programs from one department to the next do not communicate well at all. Fixed departments should never have to flex time off. Fixed departments do not work like direct patient care departments. There is always work to be done. And if you want to get paid on those flex days then you have to use your PTO or take it unpaid... which you can’t afford to do because the wages are not competitive. The other benefits such as 401K are a joke.

Good listeners, open to feedback, great remote options, great benefits, amazing team (in my sector, the call center), amazing support from the higher ups, incredibly inclusive

Cons

None honestly, they have helped so much so far.
