Pros
Good Worklife Balance. Friendly environment. Good pay for beginners. Flexible timings. Good food and entertainment activities. For my case is got a only good lady manager in entire team but not all the team.
Cons
Management have to take bold decision to remove some old scrap in some teams. They are feelings like a bosses. And department head is behaving he is running the company. No job security. We didn't expect that much politics in small startup.
