Pros

The culture started off great,

Cons

if you don't continue to fit the clique mentality you get singled out for termination. All the management are best friends who drink, party and travel together like a family so the room for advancement was almost non-existent. Plus they will tell you that you are doing great and then just fire you. They send frequent emails letting the whole company know who has "departed" which is a morale killer since they have moved way too fast with acquisitions and ruined the whole companies overall culture. Hard workers are rarely recognized and only the friends of the management get raises and new positions. I was once told after applying for an internal position, thanks for meeting with us but we designed this role for "insert person here" and we are giving it to him. Real nice. On top of all that you are expected to be available all day every day if something happens with one of your projects/clients. Maintenances are driven after hours and because the positions were salary you could work 8 extra hours overnight with zero extra compensation.

Pros

I have to admit I was a little nervous of Lighedge given the ratings here on Glassdoor and I am happy to say that are unfounded. I have been working at Lightedge for six months and have found just about everyone there great to work with. They are always willing to jump in and help where and how they can even when it is not their specific responsibility. I have found my management chain to be exceptionally supportive and backs up what they say. The work in challenging, engaging and I learn new things just about ever day. Over all it has been a fantastic place for me so far and I do not see that changing anytime soon

Cons

For me, because I get my benefits via my wife, the two chief cons I have are one the PTO policy does not have separate bucket. When you start you get two weeks of PTO and 5 personal days. If you get sick it has to come out of one of those buckets and those buckets should be really used for vacation and recharging. There is no company wide profit sharing.
