Pros
Work is rather easy. Nobody actually monitors productivity.
Cons
I struggled to find a PRO, but it was a required field. CONS are much easier to find. The majority shareholder / owner is out of touch, as are most other senior leadership. Pat Cline refuses to let go of the company, and refuses to allow better leadership to take over. He has outdated views on work environments, and he doesn't care about his people - at all. Maybe he's been rich for too long? He hires his family to work important jobs, then blames his non-relatives for problems in the company. There is new C level leadership, but they're not allowed to actually DO anything. The ratio of managers to individual contributors is probably something like 2:1. Everybody has a managers title. Which makes sense, since nobody really does any actual work. Then we have client retention. Nope, wait, there isn't any. Sales reps promise the clients the world, then deliver a snow globe. The product is outdated garbage, using old technology, so once clients actually realize this - they just leave. There must not be a legal team, because the clients get out of contracts with minimal effort. There are no career opportunities here. Because, there is no growth. The company is stagnant.
